• He had been reported missing on 20 August, and his family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
• A post-mortem found he died from blunt force trauma to the head, prompting a murder investigation on 20 September.
• Watkis, 39, of Glenarm Road, Hackney, was arrested on 25 September and charged the following day at Bromley Magistrates’ Court.
