Arcila landed after a nine-hour flight from Medellín to begin medical tests and finalize his contract with Club León. At 23, the midfielder becomes León’s final non-homegrown signing for the 2025–26 season. This move marks his first professional stint outside Colombia following 34 first-division appearances for Envigado FC. He will join compatriot James Rodríguez in midfield, aiming to leverage his pace and goal-scoring ability to bolster the team’s ambitions. Pending visa paperwork for the U.S. leg of the Leagues Cup, Arcila will fully link up with teammates once they return in early August.
