Overview

  • Big Mistakes marks the first scripted series under Levy’s overall Netflix deal through his Not a Real Production Company banner, with co-creator Rachel Sennott and Anne-Marie McGintee also serving as executive producers.
  • The eight-episode crime comedy follows two “deeply incapable siblings,” played by Levy and Taylor Ortega, who are blackmailed into organized crime with Laurie Metcalf as their mother.
  • Joining the previously announced leads are series regulars Jack Innanen, Boran Kuzum and Abby Quinn along with recurring roles for Elizabeth Perkins, Jacob Gutierrez, Joe Barbara, Josh Fadem and Mark Ivanir.
  • Production kicked off this month in New Jersey and is expected to continue through October, with scenes already shot in Edison.
