Damian Lillard Aims for Record-Tying Third Straight NBA 3-Point Contest Title

The Milwaukee Bucks star will compete against seven other sharpshooters during All-Star Weekend in San Francisco on February 15.

Damian Lillard, the two-time defending champion, seeks to match the record of three consecutive 3-Point Contest wins set by Larry Bird and Craig Hodges.
The 2025 NBA 3-Point Contest will feature eight participants, including Norman Powell, Jalen Brunson, Tyler Herro, Buddy Hield, Cade Cunningham, Darius Garland, and Cam Johnson.
Tyler Herro leads this year's field with 3.8 made 3-pointers per game, while Norman Powell boasts the highest 3-point shooting percentage at 43.1%.
The event is part of NBA All-Star Saturday on February 15, ahead of the All-Star tournament in San Francisco the following day.
Other All-Star weekend events include the Slam Dunk Contest, where Mac McClung will aim for a third consecutive title, and the Skills Challenge featuring teams of NBA rookies and veterans.
