Overview

• Cecilia Simpson, 41, was shot multiple times outside a PetSmart at Wheatland Towne Crossing and was pronounced dead at Methodist Central Hospital.
• An arrest affidavit says the confrontation began when Simpson held a door at Five Below and grew into repeated arguments that moved into PetSmart and then the parking lot.
