- Forty-eight percent find it uncomfortable to talk to their employer about menopause, and 35% have taken no steps at work to ease symptoms, rising to 46% in firms with up to nine employees.
- Fifty-four percent of burdened women receive no support from employers; where available, help most often involves flexible hours (23%), exercise offers (14%) or relaxation courses (13%), with medical support at 9% and leadership sensitization at 2%.
