Dacia Facelifts Sandero Lineup and Confirms Staged Hybrid Rollout

Dacia staggers hybrid adoption to keep prices low for its top‑selling budget models.

Overview

  • The Sandero, Sandero Stepway, Logan and Jogger gain refreshed styling with new LED signatures, grilles and bumpers, with sales starting in November 2025.
  • The Hybrid 155 system debuts on the Jogger first and is scheduled for the Stepway in late 2026, while Dacia is pausing a hybrid for the standard Sandero pending demand.
  • The hybrid pairs a 1.8‑litre petrol engine with two electric motors, a 1.4 kWh battery and a clutchless automatic gearbox for about 153 hp.
  • Cabins add a 10.0‑inch central touchscreen, revised steering wheel and vents, sturdier upholstery, updated driver aids and an optional Driving Pack with multi‑view cameras.
  • Powertrain choices continue with petrol and the Eco‑G 120 gasoline/LPG option with larger LPG tanks for up to 1,590 km of range, and pricing is still to be announced.
