Cyera Raises $400 Million at $9 Billion Valuation in Blackstone-Led Round

Surging enterprise focus on securing AI and sensitive data is propelling the company’s expansion.

  • Cyera closed a Series F led by funds managed by Blackstone, valuing the company at $9 billion after prior marks of roughly $3 billion in late 2024 and $6 billion in June 2025.
  • The round lifts total capital raised to more than $1.7 billion, with participation from Accel, Coatue, Cyberstarts, Georgian, Greenoaks, Lightspeed, Redpoint, Sapphire, Sequoia and Spark.
