- Avalanche danger is forecast in Sochi’s mountains above 1,000 meters from January 11 to 13.
- Water levels are expected to rise on small rivers in the Kuban basin and on Black Sea coastal waterways, in places reaching unfavorable marks.
- In Crimea, a Balkan cyclone is bringing strong winds, heavy rain and wet snow, with gusts of 24 m/s recorded in Feodosia and Alushta and movement restricted on the Ai-Petri plateau.
