• Michael van Erp followed two e-bike riders after a supposed mobile-phone theft near Great West Road before confronting them on Gunnersbury Avenue in west London.
• The riders recognized him and taunted him in the exchange captured in his helmet-cam video and in a separate clip they posted.
• The pair labeled an object he produced a “flicky,” while van Erp told LBC it was a rounded black Sharpie pen and said he does not carry a knife.
