Cycling Legend Mark Cavendish to Retire After Singapore Race

The 39-year-old British cyclist will conclude his illustrious career at the Tour de France Criterium in November.

Mark Cavendish, known as the 'Manx Missile', will race for the last time at the Singapore Tour de France Criterium on November 9-10.
With a record 35 stage wins at the Tour de France, Cavendish has not competed since reaching this milestone in July.
His career highlights include 165 stage victories, a silver medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics, and three world titles in Madison.
Cavendish postponed his initial retirement plan after a crash at last year's Tour de France.
The Singapore race is not a UCI event, meaning its results will not be added to Cavendish's official record.
