• CD PROJEKT RED and Studio Trigger confirmed production of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 at Anime Expo in Los Angeles on July 4, 2025.
• The sequel comprises ten new episodes that will tell a self-contained narrative separate from David Martinez’s storyline.
• Director Kai Ikarashi, who helmed episode six of the original series, takes over full directorial duties for the follow-up.
• Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 will stream exclusively on Netflix with no release date announced to date.
• The original season will get a limited Blu-ray release on October 28 with pre-orders opening August 26 and bonus materials included.
