Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.13 Adds AMD FSR 3 Support

The latest patch enhances PC performance but raises concerns over visual quality and compatibility limitations.

Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 2.13 introduces AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 3 with Frame Generation, available only on PC.
The update also includes support for Intel Xe Super Sampling 1.3 and the ability to enable DLAA and DLSS Ray Reconstruction simultaneously.
AMD FSR 3 boosts performance by generating frames but is criticized for poorer visual quality compared to NVIDIA's DLSS.
FSR 3's Frame Generation requires a minimum of 60 FPS for optimal performance, making it challenging for demanding settings.
Despite the improvements, the patch does not include the more advanced AMD FSR 3.1, which could have enhanced image quality and flexibility.
