Cyberabad Traffic Drive Nets 333 Drunk-Driving Arrests

  • Police cited Section 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 for fatal drunk-driving cases, which covers culpable homicide not amounting to murder and carries a maximum of 10 years in prison plus a fine, and warned special drives will continue.
