• CVS is now operating 63 converted Rite Aid and Bartell Drugs locations in Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
• The company obtained prescription files from 626 former pharmacies across 15 states, covering more than 9 million customers.
• Nearly half of CVS sites receiving transferred files are within one mile of a former Rite Aid, and most are within three miles.
• CVS hired over 3,500 former Rite Aid and Bartell employees and says it invested in staffing, scheduling and training to support the transition.
• The U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New Jersey approved the asset sales in May; financial terms were not disclosed, and Rite Aid finished closing its last stores on Sept. 29.
