Race control stopped Pre-Qualifying after 22 minutes for repairs to a damaged curb at Turn 16 and confirmed the session would not resume.
Antonio Fuoco led the shortened run with a 1:54.959 in the No. 50 AF Corse Ferrari 296 GT3, ahead of Augusto Farfus and Lucas Auer.
Al Faisal Al Zubair headed the Gold Cup runners in fourth overall, with Laurin Heinrich fifth and Kobe Pauwels topping Silver Cup in seventh.
Earlier, Tim Heinemann paced Free Practice with a 1:55.249 in the No. 92 Herberth Motorsport Porsche after a largely clean session interrupted late by a Turn 6 incident for Sai Sanjay.
Fuoco’s best lap eclipsed the Free Practice benchmark, and teams now go into Sunday’s 9:00 a.m. CEST qualifying for the three-hour race with reduced on-track data.
