Overview
- The production-intent electric supermini will be Cupra’s smallest and most affordable model when it arrives next year, with prices expected to start around £25,000.
- Built on Volkswagen Group’s MEB Entry platform, the car will be produced in Martorell, Spain, alongside the Volkswagen ID. Polo, ID. Cross and Skoda Epiq.
- Cupra has set a sport-focused chassis brief across the range, including suspension 15mm lower than sibling models and bespoke steering and tuning.
- The VZ version is confirmed with a 223bhp front-mounted motor, sport suspension, an ESC off mode, an electronic slip differential and 19-inch wheels with wider 235-section tyres.
- Key UrbanRebel cues carry over under the camouflage, such as triangular headlights and a wraparound rear light bar, while final battery, range and interior details remain unconfirmed.
