Cult Crime Series 'Der letzte Bulle' Returns with Eight New Episodes

Sat.1 and Prime Video announce a landmark collaboration to revive the popular Ruhrpott cop show, with filming set to begin in spring 2025.

Henning Baum will reprise his role as Mick Brisgau, the unorthodox Ruhrpott detective, in the revival of 'Der letzte Bulle.'
The eight new episodes will explore Brisgau's return to his Essener precinct, where he faces personal challenges and a drastically changed world.
Filming is scheduled to start in spring 2025, with the episodes premiering on Prime Video at the end of 2025 or early 2026.
Four weeks after the streaming release, the episodes will air as double features on Sat.1, followed by availability on the Joyn platform.
This marks the first collaboration between Sat.1 and Prime Video, a significant milestone in the German television industry.
