Crunchyroll to Debut 'The Beginning After The End' Anime in 2025

The popular webcomic will become the first American webnovel adapted into an anime, announced at New York Comic-Con.

The Beginning After The End (TBATE), a fantasy-adventure webcomic, is being adapted into an anime series set to premiere on Crunchyroll in 2025.
The anime adaptation marks a significant milestone as the first time an American webcomic is transformed into an anime series.
TurtleMe, the creator of TBATE, will serve as an executive producer, working closely with the Japanese animation studio Slow Curve.
The series will stream globally, excluding parts of Asia, and feature a two-part season with 24 episodes.
The anime will be directed by Keitaro Motonaga and include contributions from notable industry talents in character design and music composition.
