The incident allegedly occurred on May 5, 2023, when Dookhy reportedly snuck into the cabin of the victim and her cabin mate.
The victim, identified as Jane Doe, and her cabin mate are suing Classic Cruise Line, which operated the voyage.
Dookhy pleaded guilty to a single count of abusive sexual contact in October, sparing him from further charges that could have resulted in life in federal prison.
Doe is seeking a jury trial and $75,000 in damages from Classica.
