CrowdStrike Posts Best Quarter and Expands Falcon Into Google Cloud

Strong Q2 financials with record new ARR and new AI-agent and data partnerships position the company as a platform to help firms defend against agentic AI threats.

Overview

  • CrowdStrike reported fiscal Q2 revenue of $1.47 billion, adjusted EPS of $0.31, total ARR of $5.84 billion and a record net new ARR of about $332.8 million, and management raised its full-year growth outlook.
  • The Falcon Flex usage-based model now tops roughly $2.29–2.3 billion in ARR and the company says converting or expanding Flex customers produces a large ARR lift for each account.
  • At its Fal.Con conference CrowdStrike made Falcon available on Google Cloud U.S. regions, launched Falcon IQ with more than 50 NVIDIA-powered AI security agents, and expanded Project QuiltWorks to ingest real-time data from sources that now include Zscaler.
  • Investors pushed the stock up roughly 20% after the earnings release and drove another rise on Monday after the Fal.Con product and partnership announcements.
  • Executives say rising concern over agentic AI is driving enterprise demand, and the Google Cloud, NVIDIA and data-sharing moves aim to embed CrowdStrike across multi-cloud AI stacks and speed customer adoption of consumption-based security.
