Cyborg, 39, has not lost since 2018 and brings a seven-fight winning streak, including a recent TKO over Cat Zingano, into the bout.
Pacheco, 30, is on a 10-fight winning streak and has been more active than Cyborg, with eight fights since May 2022.
Both fighters are known for their striking abilities, with Cyborg focusing on a more measured approach and Pacheco known for her aggressive style.
The fight is set for Saturday, October 19, with the main card airing on ESPN+ PPV, following prelims on ESPN+.
