• Dyfed-Powys Police remain unable to identify the man found in Claerwen Reservoir on October 18, 2024 after 12 months of enquiries.

• The deceased was recovered in an extra-large Zone 3 Agile wetsuit; investigators estimate he was 6ft to 6ft 5in tall, weighed about 202 to 220lbs, with a 44 to 48in chest, and aged between 30 and 60.
• A post-mortem indicated the body may have been in the water for up to 12 weeks, narrowing the possible arrival to as early as July 2024.
• Searches on foot, by helicopter and drones found no vehicle, bike, clothing or other belongings, and police ask anyone who visited the area between July and October 18, 2024 or who recognises the profile to contact them online, by emailing [email protected], or by calling 101.
