Overview
- Epec published Tuesday, 2 September outage windows in Córdoba for equipment installation and maintenance, including 14:00–14:30, 14:00–16:00 and 16:00–16:30 affecting Villa Allende, Saldán and barrios of the capital.
- Additional works include 08:00–08:15 on high‑tension lines impacting towns such as Ausonia, Bengolea, Chazón, Etruria, Idiazábal, La Laguna, Pasco and Ucacha, plus tasks in San Esteban and the Ballesteros area later in the morning.
- The utility reiterated that these are preventive tasks to improve distribution quality and reduce unplanned failures across the network.
- Epec advised residents in affected zones to disconnect devices, arrange alternative lighting or power for essentials and keep water supplies during the planned interruptions.
- In Santa Fe, the EPE reported rapid service restoration in more than 15 localities after heavy rain and strong winds, declared contingency in the south and carried out pole replacements, protection changes and conductor repairs in places such as Funes, Roldán, Zavalla, Puerto San Martín, Esperanza and Venado Tuerto.
