Overview

• A 45-year-old man collapsed on a Sierras de Calamuchita interurban bus in Córdoba at Armada Argentina and Cajamarca and was diagnosed with irreversible cardiogenic shock following a cardiorespiratory arrest.
• He was traveling with his 34-year-old partner, and police and paramedics attempted resuscitation before doctors confirmed his death at the scene.
• In a separate incident on Ruta Nacional 9 near Huajara in Volcán, a Volkswagen Saveiro and a Renault Kangoo operating as a shared taxi collided head-on, and SAME responders found the 55-year-old Saveiro driver without vital signs.
• Five occupants of the Kangoo—the driver and four female passengers—were treated on site and transferred to hospitals in Maimará and Volcán with polytrauma diagnoses.
