Overview

  • Approximately 29,000 Vfauosit, 50,000 Kicimpro and 24,000 Basdehen brand faucets sold on Amazon between January 2024 and May 2025 are included in the recall.
  • Consumer Product Safety Commission tests found that these faucets can leach lead into water, heightening risks of neurological and developmental harm in children.
  • Customers are advised to cease using affected faucets immediately and to run water for at least 15 seconds before use until replacements arrive.
  • Owners must contact the selling vendors to dispose of the recalled units, provide disposal photographs and order numbers to obtain full refunds.
  • Whisper08, Kicimpro and Chenfeng Store are proactively notifying known buyers as part of the CPSC’s wider efforts to safeguard consumers on online marketplaces.
