CPSC Recalls 98,350 Evermore Surprise Eggs Over Lead Found in Toy Airplane

Instructions require destroying the airplane, then emailing a photo to claim a refund.

  • The federal recall targets gold Evermore Surprise Eggs wrapped in yellow, pink, or green that may include the airplane toy exceeding lead limits.
  • CPSC says the airplane violates the federal lead-content ban for children's products, creating a poisoning risk if ingested.
  • Consumers are told to stop using the product, destroy the airplane, email a photo to [email protected], and dispose of it per local rules to receive a refund.
  • The items were sold nationwide at 7-Eleven, Horizon, Speedway, and Murphy stores during March–April 2025 for about $10, and no injuries have been reported.
  • In Motion Design Inc. of Paramount, California imported the toys made in China; customer support is available at 888-727-2476 during weekday business hours.
