CPSC Recalls 201,000 Walmart Butane Stoves and 24,300 Kids’ Helmets for Safety Hazards

The agency cited burn injuries from stove explosions alongside helmet test failures.

  • The stove was made by China Window Industry Co., Ltd. of Taipei, Taiwan, and the helmets were imported by Maysun Products, Inc. of Chino, California; CPSC recall numbers are 26-120 (stove) and 26-122 (helmets).
