• Leiva-Modahl, 65, also known as Vicente Modahl, is due to appear at Manchester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 14 October 2025.
• All charges relate to alleged offences against one woman over a period from 2012 to 2024.
• The 19 counts include rape, sexual assault, assault by penetration, causing sexual activity, and controlling and coercive behaviour.
