Overview

• The party named candidates for Digha, Ghosi, Tarari, Agiaon and Ara even before the alliance formula is formalised.
• Divya Gautam, a Patna University alumna and cousin of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, will contest the Digha seat.
• Rambali Yadav (Ghosi), Madan Singh Chandravanshi (Tarari), Shiv Prakash Ranjan (Agiaon) and Qauamuddin Ansari (Ara) were also announced.
• Gautam is expected to file her nomination on October 15, and Digha is currently represented by BJP MLA Sanjeev Chaurasia.
• The NDA has finalised seat-sharing, and Bihar votes on November 6 and 11 with counting on November 14.
