• The Championship club bought the Coventry Building Society Arena from Mike Ashley’s Frasers Group, bringing the venue under club ownership.
• It is the first time since the ground opened in 2005 that Coventry have owned their home, closing a period of tenancy disputes and relocations.
• The club says ownership will end rent payments and allow it to retain income from ticketing, food, parking, conferences and concerts.
