Courtney D. Armstrong Appointed as Paramount Pictures' New COO

He fills the vacancy left by Andrew Gumpert, who served as COO from 2017 to 2023.
Armstrong's previous roles include president of business affairs at Paramount and executive VP of worldwide business affairs at Warner Bros.
His tenure at Warner Bros. was marked by involvement in major projects such as 'Wonder Woman' and 'The Dark Knight' trilogy.
Armstrong holds degrees from Northwestern’s Pritzker School of Law and Kellogg School of Management, and is a member of several prestigious boards and councils.
