Krah sought to prohibit Böhmermann from claiming he ordered 200 bottles of champagne at Oktoberfest, which the court ruled was not a direct claim by the host.
The court determined that Böhmermann was merely quoting a listener's submission and had sufficiently clarified this in the podcast.
Böhmermann later updated the podcast to correct the claim, reducing the number to 50 bottles and clarifying the order came from Krah's table, not him personally.
Krah is considering appealing the decision after reviewing the court's reasoning, though no final decision on this has been announced.
