Overview
- A Pachacamac preparatory court granted in part a habeas corpus and ordered Rutas de Lima to stop charging at the Villa and Punta Negra booths.
- Rutas de Lima said it has ceased toll collection on the Panamericana Sur and claimed the measures deprive it of 100% of its remaining toll revenue.
- The Municipality of Lima reported that stoppages at Huaylas, Arica and San Pedro were unilateral moves by the concessionaire rather than court-ordered actions.
- Mayor Renzo Reggiardo verified on site that collections ended at the two ordered booths and affirmed the concession remains in force with ongoing maintenance obligations.
- In a separate case, an appeals court rejected the prosecutor’s request to suspend Lima Expresa tolls, so Línea Amarilla charges continue.
