Court Orders Roger Waters Concerts in Germany to Proceed Despite Antisemitism Controversy

Frankfurt and Hesse did not have the right to cancel Roger Waters' concert at the Frankfurt Festhalle.

Court ruled in Waters' favor, stating the performances can be viewed as a work of art.
Waters concert will take place at Festhalle, a site where Jewish men were rounded up during the pogroms of November 1938.
Waters is also scheduled to perform in Hamburg, Cologne, Berlin, and Munich, with the latter city's council planning to set up displays promoting tolerance and informing citizens about antisemitism.
