- Prosecutors accuse Castillo of leading a criminal organization and aggravated collusion tied to 63 directed contracts totaling about S/1.461 million between January 2023 and February 2024.
- Castillo has been at large since mid-December 2025, and the court instructed police to locate and arrest him at the national and international levels.
- During the proceedings, the judge publicly recorded an improper phone call from a relative of accused Jimmy Alexander Whu Cárdenas and said he would refer the matter to the National Police for investigation.
