• A 27-year-old Colombian delivery courier was detained on July 13 in Montecarmelo after allegedly luring two girls, aged eight and four, into a building portal with candy and committing sexual assault and rape
• Neighbors and an off-duty Policía Nacional officer chased and restrained the suspect until uniformed officers arrived, preventing further harm
