Couple Arrested for Public Sex on Historic Naples Pier

Woman jumps into ocean in failed attempt to evade police after being caught in broad daylight

Allyssia Razo, 20, and Zadok Westfield, 23, were discovered having sex on Naples Pier on Memorial Day.
Razo jumped into the ocean to escape but was apprehended by beach patrol upon reaching shore.
Both were charged with trespassing and disturbing the peace; Razo also faced a resisting arrest charge.
Witnesses, including children, reported the incident to the Naples Police Department.
The historic pier, partially closed due to Hurricane Ian damage, is a popular spot for sightseeing and recreation.
