Overview

  • U.S. purchasers of Corsair DDR4 rated over 2133 MHz or DDR5 rated over 4800 MHz from January 14, 2018 through July 2, 2025 are eligible to claim.
  • Claims must be submitted on the court‑administered settlement site by October 28, 2025, with payouts distributed on a pro‑rata basis.
  • Without proof of purchase, claimants may seek compensation for up to five products, while documentation allows additional claims.
  • If approved, marketing and packaging will list rated speeds as 'up to' and note that peak performance requires overclocking or BIOS adjustments and depends on motherboard and CPU.
  • Corsair denies wrongdoing and the court has not decided the case, with a final approval hearing scheduled for December 4, 2025.
