Overview

• The ITV soap has partnered with This Morning to open the search for a new canine actor across Great Britain.
• Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas, actress Jodie Prenger and vet Dr Scott Miller will form the judging panel.
• Dogs will be evaluated on obedience, temperament, grooming, focus and on-camera tricks.
• Submissions close at 12:30 pm on July 25 and require a video no longer than one minute and a supporting statement.
• Finalists will appear in a live This Morning broadcast in September with public voting to select a walk-on role on Coronation Street.
