Copenhagen Tops 2025 Liveability Index, Vienna Falls to Joint Second

Global liveability remained unchanged despite widespread stability declines in major world cities.

  • Al Khobar rose 13 places to 135th thanks to expanded social services, and Damascus remained the least liveable city among 173 ranked.
