Overview

• Videos and documents released Tuesday show the Aug. 7 incident at the GameStop on the 2900 block of West Addison in Irving Park around 4:30 a.m.
• Footage captures suspects fleeing in a white Chrysler and a red Jeep, with multiple people jumping into the Jeep’s cargo area.
• A responding officer was struck by a fleeing car, fired at the vehicle, and was treated for minor injuries; no one was hit by gunfire.
• Police pursued south on Addison until officers were struck near Hubbard by an uninvolved car, after which the suspects escaped and no injuries were reported in that crash.
