  • AEMET forecasts a marked temperature drop and probable thunderstorms in northern and eastern Spain beginning Friday, with Galicia’s Pontevedra province seeing up to 90% chance of afternoon showers.
  • Argentina’s SMN has issued yellow and orange alerts for strong gusts exceeding 120 km/h and heavy rainfall across Chubut, Santa Cruz and Río Negro.
  • Mexico’s SMN attributes widespread rainfall to the Mexican monsoon, cyclonic circulations and Tropical Wave 13, warning of intense downpours in Sinaloa and Nayarit.
  • Conagua predicts little to no rain and highs up to 36 °C in the Comarca Lagunera over the weekend, with temperatures in Torreón reaching 33 °C.
