William Swetz faces charges after reportedly throwing liquid at Foxx and driving towards her in a threatening manner.

Kim Foxx was walking near her home when William Swetz allegedly shouted profanities and nearly hit her with his truck.
Swetz reportedly threw a brown liquid at Foxx after she responded with a hand gesture.
Swetz then reversed his truck and accelerated towards Foxx, who was forced to step onto the parkway grass.
Foxx was not injured in the incident, but Swetz faces charges of aggravated assault and battery.
The altercation follows Foxx's announcement that she will not seek re-election.
