Convictions in 2019 San Francisco Torture and Murder Case

Victim was tortured, injected with fentanyl, and dumped in the bay.

Gerald Rowe, 52, and Angel Anderson, 41, have been convicted for the 2019 torture and murder of George Randall-Saldivar, 23, in San Francisco.
The victim was tortured for over four hours, injected with a lethal dose of fentanyl, and his body was dumped in a suitcase into the bay near Rincon Park.
Rowe and Anderson were in a brief dating relationship, and the victim was an acquaintance of the two.
Rowe is facing life in prison without the possibility of parole, and Anderson faces 25 years to life in prison.
The sentencing is scheduled for March 18.
