Convicted Serial Rapist Arrested for Allegedly Assaulting Teen in Sydney Pharmacy

Police were called to a George Street pharmacy on Friday evening after reports that a 16-year-old girl was allegedly sexually touched by a man not known to her.
Graham James Kay, a 73-year-old convicted serial rapist, was arrested early Saturday morning at a Blacktown apartment following a search warrant execution.
Kay has been charged with sexually touching another person without consent and was denied bail at Parramatta Local Court, with his next court appearance scheduled for Monday.
Kay served 18 years in prison for sexually assaulting eight women and girls in the 1990s and has reoffended multiple times since his release, including incidents in 2018 and 2022.
Psychologists have previously warned that Kay poses a high risk of reoffending, citing a chronic condition linked to his crimes, and he remains under strict supervision until at least 2027.
