Overview

During the Christmas special aired December 25–26, Tom Lorenz fell from €8,000 to €500 after a fashion question was judged incorrect.
The prompt asked which body part a garment with a scrunch seam and push-up effect highlights, offering Brust, Bauch, Oberarm, or Po; Lorenz chose Brust, while the show marked Po as correct.
Post-broadcast review found scrunch seams are used in leggings to accentuate the butt and in bras for a push-up effect, creating genuine ambiguity.
Günther Jauch told viewers two correct answers were possible, and RTL invited Lorenz back to resume play at €8,000 the next day.
On his return, Lorenz used the additional lifeline to answer a new question and opted to stop, finishing with €8,000, while a separate Telefonjoker mix-up for another contestant was corrected on air.
