Overview

• More than nine construction firms have mobilized at the 23-hectare Deportivo Hermanos Galeana site, with the first phase slated for delivery in early 2026.
• The hub will feature extensive sports infrastructure, including a semi-Olympic pool, football and baseball fields, and gyms for boxing and weight training.
• A dedicated “Aventura Galáctica” zone will offer interactive cosmic learning experiences and a wind tunnel for zero-gravity simulation.
• It will house the first municipal public care system in Gustavo A. Madero, providing child daycare, adult day care, disability rehabilitation, laundry services and a community dining hall.
• City officials plan to build six to eight Utopías across the borough during Clara Brugada’s administration to advance social equity and territorial justice.
