Constance Marten and Mark Gordon went on the run with their newborn daughter after their car caught fire in January last year.
Marten received nearly £48,000 from her family trust fund between September 2022 and January 2023.
The couple lived in a tent and used cash and 'burner' phones to avoid detection before being arrested in Brighton.
Their daughter's body was found in a Lidl bag inside a disused shed on an allotment in March.
Marten and Gordon face charges of manslaughter, perverting the course of justice, concealing the birth of a child, child cruelty, and causing or allowing the death of a child.
