Conservative Influencer Arrested for Role in Jan. 6 Capitol Riot

Isabella Maria DeLuca, a conservative social media influencer, was arrested on charges related to her participation in the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, including theft of government property and entering a restricted area.
DeLuca, who has over 333,000 followers on X, previously interned for Reps. Lee Zeldin and Paul Gosar and was associated with Turning Point USA.
Court documents reveal DeLuca helped pass a table out of a broken window during the riot, which was then used to assault law enforcement officers.
The FBI received a tip about DeLuca's involvement shortly after the riot, leading to her arrest in Irvine, California.
More than 1,300 people have been charged with Capitol riot-related crimes, with over 800 sentenced, including terms of imprisonment.
